What You Will Learn On This FREE Webinar:
Innovation is a term that gets tossed around a lot, to the point of even having a bad name or to the point of landing it solidly in the category of overused.

And yet . . .

Senior living organizations that have a culture of innovation have higher occupancy, higher profitability, and are more attractive to employees.

Join us for a lively discussion of how an entrepreneurial approach to innovation can help differentiate operators in a crowded field while enhancing the lives of older adults. Our four panelists include two experienced operators and two startup founders who saw an opportunity to support the industry with innovative technology. You’ll hear frank insights, anecdotes, and debate over topics like these:

  • Why bother innovating?
  • What makes innovating from within so challenging?
  • Best practices for staffing and promoting innovative thinking
  • The benefit of failure
  • Lessons from senior living start-ups
